How Turn Finance works.

Turn Finance is a launchpad on Solana. Every coin launches on pump.fun paired with $Turn, the platform token every coin is quoted in, and migrates to a PumpSwap pool when its curve sells out. Every coin page also has a HYPE perp terminal that trades on Hyperliquid. Half of the builder fee from those perp orders buys the coin back and burns it, once a day.

Not audited. Perps are risky and coins can go to zero. Read the risks before you take part.

How it works

  1. Launch. Pick a name, a ticker, a picture and the long mode. The site pins the metadata, then builds the launch batch: pump.fun create_v2 quoted in $Turn, the 50 / 50 creator fee sharing config locked, and your optional first buy. Your wallet signs every transaction in one request, then the site adds the new mint's signature and sends them in order.
  2. Curve. pump.fun's constant product curve: 1B supply, 793.1M sold on the curve. Each trade pays 1.25 %, in $Turn.
  3. Trading in SOL. You pay and receive SOL. One multi_hop_swap routes SOL → $Turn → coin on buys and the reverse on sells, through the curve or the PumpSwap pool, whichever holds the coin.
  4. Graduation. When the curve sells out, pump.fun migrates the coin to a PumpSwap pool, still paired with $Turn.
  5. Perps. The page trades the HYPE perp on Hyperliquid. Each order carries a 0.05 % builder fee and a client order id (cloid) that names the coin.
  6. Buyback. At 00:00 UTC a batch takes the previous UTC day's builder fees, turns the burn share into SOL on Solana through Unit, buys each coin through $Turn and burns it.

Worked example: a $20,000 HYPE long from a coin page pays a $10.00 builder fee. $5.00 goes to that coin's buyback, $5.00 to the platform.

A trade from SOL crosses two markets (SOL → $Turn, then $Turn → coin), and each charges its own fee. A fill counts only when its cloid is 0x50455250 + the coin id as 8 hex digits + 16 random hex digits, unique per order. Fills without that tag are not counted at all, since a builder fee alone does not say which page placed the order.

Daily batch

  1. Claim. The builder wallet claims the previous UTC day's builder rewards on Hyperliquid (USDC) and splits them per coin.
  2. Longs. Long mode shares are sent to each coin's own Hyperliquid account and added to its 3x HYPE long.
  3. Buy Unit SOL. The burn share buys USOL, Unit's SOL on Hyperliquid spot.
  4. Unit bridge. The USOL is sent to the keeper's Unit withdrawal address; the worker checks the Unit guardians' signatures on that address before sending. Unit releases native SOL to the keeper wallet on Solana. Unit's minimum is 0.12 SOL per withdrawal, so one withdrawal per batch; below it, the whole burn share carries to the next day.
  5. Buy and burn. For each coin the keeper swaps SOL → $Turn → coin (curve or PumpSwap) and burns the coins with an SPL burn. Both transactions are listed on the coin page and on the stats page.

A coin's share under $10 for the day carries to the next batch. If a step fails, the batch resumes from where the funds are; nothing is spent twice.

HYPE long mode

An option chosen when the coin is created. It is written into the coin's pinned metadata, whose address is part of the coin itself, so it cannot be changed later, by the creator or anyone else.

  1. Split. The coin's builder fee splits 50 % platform, 25 % buyback and burn, 25 % long margin, instead of 50 / 50.
  2. Funding. At each daily batch the builder wallet sends the coin's long USDC to the coin's own Hyperliquid account with usdSend, once it reaches $10. Smaller amounts carry over.
  3. Position. That account sets the HYPE perp to 3x isolated and buys about 3 times its available margin with an IOC order. Later batches add margin and size.
  4. Never closed. In v1 the long is never closed and the margin is never withdrawn.
  5. Liquidation. If HYPE falls to the liquidation price, Hyperliquid closes the long and that margin is lost. The next funding opens a new long.

The account address is public on the coin page, with size, entry, mark, leverage, unrealized PnL, liquidation price, margin, total funded and every funding, open, increase and liquidation. Anyone can check it on the Hyperliquid explorer. The account key is derived on the team's server; nobody else can trade it.

Worked example: a $20,000 HYPE long placed from a long mode coin page pays a $10.00 builder fee: $5.00 platform, $2.50 buyback and burn, $2.50 to the coin's long, which becomes about $7.50 of HYPE exposure at 3x.

Perp setup

Hyperliquid signs with an EVM address, so perps use a separate connection on the coin page: Hyperliquid account (EVM wallet), such as Rabby, MetaMask or Phantom's EVM account, holding USDC in a Hyperliquid perp account. Your Solana wallet stays the one for coins. The first time, the page asks for three steps:

  1. Approve the builder fee (at most 0.05 %), signed by your wallet. Hyperliquid enforces the cap.
  2. Approve a trading key. The page creates a key in this browser and your wallet approves it as a Hyperliquid agent. An agent can place and cancel orders; it cannot withdraw. Clearing browser data removes the key; you can approve a new one any time.
  3. Register your address so the worker reads your fills and credits them to the right coin.

Market orders are aggressive IOC limit orders within your max slippage. Limit orders rest until filled or cancelled.

Accounts

No custom program: launches, trades, fee sharing and burns are pump.fun, PumpSwap, pump fee sharing and SPL Token instructions. Every buyback is listed on the fees and burns page with its Solscan link.

Risks

  • The site and the batch worker are not audited.
  • Every coin is priced through $Turn: if $Turn falls, every coin falls with it.
  • A coin can lose all its value. Buybacks only happen if people trade perps from its page.
  • Perps use leverage. A move against you can liquidate your margin.
  • The trading key lives in your browser. Anyone with access to this browser profile can trade with it, though not withdraw.
  • The daily batch runs on a server operated by the team. If a step fails, that day's share carries to the next batch.
  • HYPE long mode: a 3x long is liquidated after a fall of roughly 30 % from its average entry. Liquidated margin is lost. The long is never closed in v1, so profits are never taken either. The worker holds the key of each coin's long account.
  • Solana, Hyperliquid and Unit can have outages that delay orders or batches. A Unit withdrawal depends on its guardians.

FAQ

What is $Turn?
The platform token every coin is paired with. Coins launch on pump.fun quoted in $Turn instead of SOL, so every buy, sell and buyback of any coin also trades $Turn. You still pay and receive SOL: the site routes SOL → $Turn → coin in one transaction.
Where does the buyback money come from?
Only from the 0.05 % builder fee on HYPE perp orders placed from a coin's page. If nobody trades perps there, nothing is bought back. There is no treasury and no emissions.
What does a launch cost?
Account rent and network fees in SOL (about 0.05 SOL, shown in your wallet before you sign), plus an optional first buy. Every curve trade then pays pump.fun's 1.25 %: 0.95 % protocol and 0.30 % creator fee, paid in $Turn. The creator fee is shared 50 / 50 between you and the platform, locked at launch.
When does a coin graduate?
When its pump.fun curve has sold its 793.1M coins. pump.fun then migrates it to a PumpSwap pool, still paired with $Turn, and trading on this page continues through that pool.
Who can change the split?
The 50 / 50 creator fee split is a pump.fun fee sharing config, locked in the launch batch: nobody can change it. The 50 / 50 builder fee split is applied by the daily batch run by the team's worker. Every batch and every buyback is public on the stats page so you can check it.
Do holders need to claim anything?
No. Buybacks burn coins directly with an SPL burn. Creator fees are swept and distributed to the creator and the platform by a public crank, in $Turn.
What is HYPE long mode?
A switch the creator picks at launch, written into the coin's metadata for good. The builder fee splits 50 % platform, 25 % buyback and burn, 25 % margin for a 3x isolated HYPE perp long held in the coin's own public Hyperliquid account. In v1 the long is never closed or withdrawn. If it is liquidated, that margin is lost and the next batch opens a new long.
Is there a presale, team allocation or airdrop?
No. Every coin starts on its pump.fun curve with the same rules for everyone. The creator's optional first buy is a normal trade, in the launch batch.
What can go wrong?
A coin can go to zero, and every coin is priced through $Turn, so a $Turn drop moves them all. Perps use leverage and can liquidate your margin. The batch runs once a day; if a step fails, that day's share carries to the next batch. A coin's share under $10 rolls over, and the whole burn share waits while it is under Unit's 0.12 SOL withdrawal minimum.
Which wallet do I need?
A Solana wallet such as Phantom, Solflare or Backpack, with SOL, for coins. For perps, an EVM wallet (Rabby, MetaMask, or Phantom's EVM account) holding USDC in a Hyperliquid account; the page walks you through a one time setup of three signatures.
Is it audited?
No. There is no custom program (pump.fun, PumpSwap, pump fee sharing and SPL burn only), but the site and the batch worker are not audited. Use amounts you can afford to lose.
